Lord Ras, 
May I humbley suggest Bear Strogonoff for part of the meat course.  I have
tried bear on several occasions, never prepared by your hand though, and the
best was a strogonoff of bear prepared (mundanely) by my taxidermy teacher at
a "Road Kill potluck"
