SC - Digest help

Ok, I've tried twice now to switch to the digest, and it keeps saying
"unknown list" What am I doing wrong?

I put this as the address

   majordomo at eden.com

and this is what I put in the body

   unsubscribe sca-cooks

   subscribe sca-cooks-digest

I also tried this with adding my e-mail address to each, but it still
bounced back.
