Take chicken breast and wrap in ham. Simmer til tender. Form small balls out
of white cheese to resemble pearls. When chicken has cooled to room
temperature sprinkle with some of the cheese balls. Place remaining cheese
pearls in a seperate dish. Bring to high table with much fanfare and fling
the dish of cheese pearls about while wrestling with the platter of chicken.
