I was originally given 1 quart of rum pot, and when ever I use a cup, I
put in a cup of whatever fruits, zests and nuts I have, as well a a shot
or two of rum[though once in a pinch it was everclear...]
It is sort of like the eternal soup pot, whatever is on hand at any
given time. If I have an odd scrap of fresh gingr I toss it in, or a
plum or whatnot.
