Another use for shortbread rocks- smash/grind them and mix with ground
almonds, spread on the bottom of the pan for a cheese cake crust.  No extra
shortening needed.

(whose favorite cheese cake crust is almond shortbread- tho it is awfully fun
to watch the teddy-grahams spinning in the quisinart too!  heh heh heh)
