Authentic Shortbread

3/4 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Butter
4 Cups Flour
Cream butter and sugar together. Add flour one cup at a time and mix
well. Press into an 11"x15" pan and stamp with oiled cookie stamps.
Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes. Cut while hot. >>
