Out of curiousity who will be able to carry this badge?  How will it be
decided?

I think its a wonderful idea, because beyond Mistress Aldyth, who lives in
the same shire, I wouldn't know anyone else on the list.

I would hope that anyone who wanted to would be able to- if you read these
posts- wear it.  If you want to go incognito, don't.  Who knows where it might
pop up?
