OK. Let's give this a try, and I'll try to be civil this time.

Chicken Zifran (a.k.a. Poulet Gendy)

Roll raw chicken slices around a thick egg-yolk/saffron gilding batter.
Wrap in slices of Ham. Wrap in a pastry crust. Fry til crispy.

To serve, slice through the crispy fried crust, through the thick layer
of ham, only to find that the meat has a carefully concealed heart of
gold...

Serve to the BOD.
