SC - Shortbread

   Good?  1-2-4, butter sugar flour, cups.  Mix with hands, bake @325 until
   just starting to golden.  I like to season the top with cinnamon or other
   flavorings.

  can you clarify the " 1-2-4" part? Pardon me for being dense about this
  today....not enought diet Coke!!!! (And I'm on my 3rd can!!!)

1 cup butter, 2 cups sugar, 4 cups flour, mix by hand until mixed.  Press
flat on a baking sheet, bake @ 325 degrees.
