SC - shortbread

Sorry, Kateryn, that I forgot your home state.  But, boy, do I remember
the shortbread!  I really enjoy comparisons of this type, seeing the
various changes.  And I greatly enjoyed having dinner with you.  Hope we
meet again, some time.
