I am not intimidated by Kim chee, but the last time I ate it, it nearly took off
the top of my head.....did not taste bad, but I almost died of the 'heat'
I put it in the 'foods to avoid' category......
I also avoid blowfish...tho it is mighty tasty, I figured since I survived my
first encounter,  I would not tempt fate again, same thing with kim chee..
the next batch might kill me. [grins]
