SC - Burned Rice-saving

Although I haven't read the book, I think in my case, the rice was
hopeless.  I had an enthusiastic helper, who managed to reach 'way down
in to the bottom of the pot and scrape all the burned bits off, and into
the rest of the rice.  I figured if that was the worst thing to go wrong
that day, I could live with it -- a cheap mistake.  <grin>
