SC - Middle East-Help needed

For all those who answered my plea for ideas for Crown Luncheon ,
Thank You.
We had the event today and it went just fine. I used the Kabob idea with
the cold fruits and breads and cheeses.
Her Majesty was pleased.
Since I am doing Crown lunch again in May at our next event I will be
using some of the other ideas (especially this killer cold chicken
recipe someone sent me).
Thank You all , I love this list it is so helpful.

Now any ideas for a late period french feast for our fall event?
