I may be developing massive memory loss but I think you have attributed a
redaction/recipe to me that i didn't create. If not please forward me the
original recipe your asking about so I can refresh my memory, if you would be

Giant Markets or Wegmans.

Not recalling the recipe, I would venture a guess that these would be suitable
substitutes. Italian flat leaf parsley would be the closest in flavor to
parsley roots.
