If anyone is looking for verjuice, you can find it in Middle Eastern
grocery stores.  They call it 'sour grape juice' or 'green grape juice'.
Something like that.  Anyway, it's better than using vinegar.

Also, there's a winery in Northern California, Navarro, that sells a
