I have some cookbooks that are supposed to be traditional Chinese, so if
you need a recipe and can't find one, I can, perhaps, give you a slightly
modern version, if you like.  I have Irene Kuo's book; she's the Julia
Child of Chinese--and Chinese, herself.  Likewise, on the techniques of
Chinese cooking.  Always meant to learn it more thoroughly, but used to
get some pretty good results when I had lots of family around.  It's
*much* too labor intensive to do for one, other than a simple salad-bar
stir fry.
