SC - New Midieval Islamic List

  hello,

         My canton is putting on a demo for a local
 junior high. We are doing a cooking and herb booth.
We need to know what the most common herbs
were in medieval England.
Also, what form were they used in (ie, powdered,whole,etc). 
Any suggestions and help would be most appreciated.
