SC - Help thinking up a class......

Two possibilities:

1. How to cook from medieval recipes. Or in other words, how to start with
a recipe written in period and end with a plausible interpretation that
tastes good.

2. Period food for camping events. Both stuff that keeps and stuff that is
easy to make over a fire.
