SC - Blood Oranges

there was something on the list a while ago about them.
i love blood oranges in cooking, it has a nice orange flavor and is much
more tart than regular oj, with a redder color. i make a lovely rolled
fillet of sole where i roll a fillet around a bay leaf and sprig of rosemary
and drizzle with butter and blood orange juice, top with a slice of blood
orange and cook en papillote. it is great served with wild rice and baby
carrots
