Sorry, didn't get the email either. Am working on the pennsic menu though-
so far:
*Goose a la Tyrolean, pommes landaise and salade dubarry
*a meal in the manner of apicius
*pork butt done in the style of apicius- book vii, recipe ix pork pernam,
        heaven and earth and teh puree of peas also from apicius
*lamb margali and the rest of my normal mideastern spread
*roast beef ribs, asparagus, armored neeps
*cod a la bretonne with tossed salad
*shrimp alfredo on pasta with a salad

and I havent finished the rest of the meal plan yet.
