Since Ras posted it, I've used the Garlecky Chicken recipe acouple of times.
The concensus is that it's tasty.  And since it disappears, I don't have to
worry about leftovers.  So, you have my thanks for the post, Ras.

BTW, I think the flavor of the garlic sauce improves if it rests overnight
and it goes very well with lamb.
