Okay I just HAVE to respond to this.

If a bozo comes up to you and pulls the "scapolice" thingy then this is
totally out of line, in persona or not.

If a friend comes up and offers guidance and direction, then its advice.

We don't need the scapolice because we have plenty of friends.
