I couldn't download it either and I was the one who sent it to him!
Next year I hope the class list will be in text format with those
little highlighted sections so you can download only one category
(cookery, heraldry, etc.) at a time, if you wish.

Actually, it isn't masochism but sort of the Peter Principle. I think
I'm at the level where I am competent but going any further (Autocrat,
etc.) would put me over the edge. "We" discovered this year that the
person who inputs the classes and arranges the schedule does not have
to be the same person who heads up the on-site staff. I have a
Drop-Dead Deputy for next year who will be "me", and some 4-5 others
who will act as Shift Supervisors and are capable of making the changes
to the schedule. So, I can be away from the table and "enjoy" Pennsic.
(Although where I would go and what I would be doing are something of
a puzzlement to me!) We will also enter the "lap-top computer" era and
be able to make any changes more easily and with less work or room for
error. Gee... I could "hire out" to organize the classes for Estrella
or Gulf Wars and let someone else run the on-site facility!! :-)

Sounds great! We had a similar class several years ago but never since
then. I think there would be some interest. Hey, y'all! My database
is ready for next Pennsic. I need modern and SCA names, address,
phone, e-mail; name of class and brief description; length of class;
any fees for consumable materials; handouts and fees; limit on class
size, if any; day of week (Land Grab Week and/or War Week) and time of
day you prefer to teach. Should we put in the Cooks' List Pot Luck for
Tuesday of War Week again???
