I would be happy to trade care packages.  Especial favourites we have
noticed that US people love are:

Biscuits (what you call cookies):  Tim Tams and Gingernuts especially
Sweets: jelly babies, chikos, some lifesavers (sent many packets of musk
lifesavers to Pennsic for people to try)
Drinks:  Gingerbeer

We do have some interesting jellies; strangely enough the diet jelly
seems to have more interesting flavours such as peach and apple.
Unfortunately lamingtons really dont travel that well.  Maybe if I ever
come visit the US I will make them for you.
