I presume you are speaking of Continental US territories after the American
Revolution.  In which case, you are probably speaking of Maryland and
Washington D.C. and the British incursion of 1814, New Orleans and the
British incursion of 1814, the Mexican reconnaissance in force of 1846 on
the Texas borderlands (used as an excuse to start the Mexican-American war),
or the Mexican Revolution incursion of 1912 into Columbus, NM.

So which is the ONE, TRUE and ONLY place to suffer foreign invasion? <g>
