I remember Olympia beer. Palatable? Thats open for discussion.

Occasionally the breweries here in Cda (provincial) strike. At that point
all we can get is <gasp> US beer. I remember when I was living in the
mountains in Alberta and there was a beer strike (1979) and the ONLY thing
we could get was Olympia. I guess it was better than nothing but even at 19
I thought it was gross. Sorry its just a matter of taste I suppose. Give me
a Kokanee any day.
