SC - Verjuice

In trying to make verjuice last week I got some nasty little white stuff on
the top. Can anyone tell me if this is normal and if not, what could I have
done wrong and can I possibly correct this? I have skimmed the top and put
it in the fridge as I have no more access to green grapes.
