Oh boy, do I beg to differ. The BEST bagels, bar none, are found right here
in Ottawa. Richmond Bagel still uses a wood stove to do their bagels and are
to die for. Ditto with their cream cheese and lox. But don't forget the
capers and red onion. mmmmm!
