SC - Naranjas

I have just been gifted with lots of citrus from a relative in the area.  Any
suggestions for period recipes with Oranges for a main ingredient.  What about
some sort of chilled sweet drink?  I know how to make marmalade, but I want
something different I can take to Coronation if I get to go.  

What about kumquats or lemons, is there documentation for either in the
Period?

Coronation is Aug. 22....Same day the grandkid is due.  I'm the labor coach,
so I gotta be available.  Be prepared for some heavy duty grandmother behavior
when it
comes, it's my first.
