SC - Celtic Feast

Hi Morgan:
I found it really cool.  I just hadn't considered Celtic foods before.  Plus I
am far less knowledgeable than many others on this list.  But it made me stop
and think about it.  And then I didn't get email for a couple of days, so I
didn't get a chance to respond.
