Here in Atenveldt, Snowbirds are people from any other location who choose to
spend their winters here to escape the bitter winters "back home."  Even
applies to those from our own state who have actual winters (Ered Sul and Mons
Tonitrus for instance.)
Especially applies to those who avoid paying Arizona State taxes by doing so.
