For those of you cooks not residing in the West, my apologies for the use of bandwidth.  For those of you who are; please email me and I'll put you on the Guild list so I don't have to clutter up this one too often...  ;-)

Greetings unto the Cooks of the West Kingdom from your new Guild representative!

As has become our tradition, the West Kingdom Cookerie Guild will be catering 
the Royal Ready Rooms for Twelfth Night.  As such, I am begging  ;-)  for your assistance!  

I'd like each member of the Guild who will be attending Twelfth Night to please bring a little something up to the rooms.  There will be a representative at the doors, probably my Lord or myself, to collect your donations and arrange them attractively.

I am looking for **period appetizers,** mostly savory, and I am collecting allergy information from the various Courts who will be using the rooms.  As soon as I have that information I will post it; but in the meantime, please consider providing a list of main ingredients for your dishes, if that wouldn't be too much trouble?  You can just list them on paper and I will transcribe them onto note cards, if that would be easier.

So far the only information I have is that His Royal Highness has a violent reaction to seafood, and that Her Royal Highness would prefer there to be more savories than sweets.  Further information will be forthcoming.  :-)

Thank you all in advance for your assistance with this project!  Please spread the word to any good period cooks you know (and then nudge them to join the Guild!)
