Welcome, indeed!  How nice of you to start off with a recipe for us. 
Would you please check the label on your 'pudding spice' and tell us what
is in it?  I don't recall seeing anything labeled 'pudding spice', but
with lots of basic ingredients, we can duplicate our own.


I'd enjoy having the various wine recipes.  I had, years ago, a dandelion
wine recipe, from a friend, that was really like a liquer.  Keep hoping
I'll come across it in some old box as yet unpacked or unsorted.
