I certainly didn't mean to imply that your topic was not interesting. Quite
the contrary. I am fascinated by modern food processing. Not so much because
of what they put in things but because sanitation is higher than at any other
time in history although home production is by far more sanitary in most
cases.

Since E- coli is , SFAIK, introduced in most cases from stool, I would be
most interested in this particular segment. Was it found that a majority of
meat processors don't wash after relieving themselves or where they introduced
by more unusual methods?

My original comment was regarding a shock show that perported to rip open the
processed meat industry by relvealing that tongues, ears, jowls and other
suposedly 'inedible' parts were used in processing bologna and hot dogs.
Disease or potential disease were not discussed. It was clear that they were
talking off the wall about a subject they knew little or nothing about. I was
not insinuating that your article was in that caliber. I was just expressing a
hope thatit was not.

Please share. :-)
