The woodcuts showing Lebkuchen bakers depict square of rectangular
patterned molds. I think the closest thing I've seen are the round
shortbread molds about the size of a pie pan - I think the Rolling Pin used
to carry them. Iknow I saw some that looked okay on the web, but I forgot
to bookmark the page. Try searching for bakeware. If you try a period
Lebkuchen remember that to leave out the chopped candied fruit and the nuts
that modern recipes nnormally call for.
