SC - To much garlic!

My manager suggested yesterday that a salt dough might work.  I will have
to look up a recipie for that, but that sounds durable enough!  (I have
seen a few pieces done for food shows, but never played with it myself.) 

Any luck finding the Platina or Markham recipies?  I'd be intersted in
the travelling spice balls even if they wouldn't work for our spice
abundance problem.
