Here I am, finally catching up on my back log of email. I have been away and
my other 1/3 (I make up 2/3's) has been downloading my mail for me. 6000
emails to go through when I got back (ok, maybe I need to cut back a little
and get a life). Anyhoo, I just came across the mention of garlic in excess.
What utter nonsense. I have a small plaque over my stove that reads "If it
doesn't taste right, it needs more garlic". ; ). I do have a story to
equal the earlier one. I used to work in a casino, where the employees were
supplied with buffet service in their lounge. I had made my usual veggie
stir fry before work, but had changed from 10-15 whole cloves to 20 cloves
of garlic. Delicious!!!! I was sitting by myself on break, when another
employye came into the lounge, took a deep breath, and exclaimed "MMMMM,
spagetti!". He walked over to the buffet and lifted the lid to find.....
nothing. He looked around puzzled as I raised my paper to hide my face
until he left. I have since learned to cut back a little.
