Isn't hyssop supposed to give a purplish color to food (or is it blue)
- -- at any rate, mulberry or blackberry juice might work.  
Also, does anyone know how late flour started to be mixed with marzipan
to make cookies (your basic Mexican wedding cookie/almond
crescent/humdah Christmas cookie).
