SC - What did Santa bring?

How lucky for you!  When I tried that recipe (I think using the derivation in
Pleyn Delit) it came out like a brick.  We couldn't cut it even with a frozen
food saw.  And it smelled so nice, too

Maybe I boiled the honey too long?
