SC - Feast Countdown

Okay!

I'm in the pipe, 5x5, getting psyched for my Midwinter feast.  First
pre-cook this weekend.

As I was rushing about on my errands this lunch hour, a few questions
occurred to me:
gilding nuts?  I'd like to do some gilded nuts with which to adorn tables
and dishes, and
I'd like to set a team of my plucky and amiable volunteers to work on it
soon...best
methods?
