Ok. This makes things a lot clearer. I appologize. I think I mis-read your
first message. I'm afraid I have deleted it, but here is what I asked about it:

I think the first phrase is a quote of what you said. I interpreted that
as ham boiled in Apple Cider and then baked in Apple Cider rather than
boiled in water and then baked in Apple Cider, which is clearly now what
you did.
