Yes, it is. That's how I saw it.

Yes, Davies is always brilliant. "The Emper-or has undergone a
meta-mor-PHOS-is. He has become...a god..." Remember him as Sertorius
Macro? You might not recognize him, it's one of his few appearances clean-shaven.
