SC - Medieval exhibits in Philadelphia/NYC area?

There's a museum in Philadelphia that has a good period armor display, as
well as actual armoring jackets, in a glass case.  The fabric is whole
enough to see the stitching, but has enough holes to see the padding, as
well.  That may also be the place that has rooms set up, with furniture.


Both the Philadelphia and New York areas have wonderful fabric and
upholstery fabric shops, and lots of trim in NY.
