don't bother with self-rising flours, though, since I don't like not being
able to control how much of what is in things.
	Thanks for the recipes, all! My mom loves the Red Lobster biscuits almost as
much as I do, so I think I'll surprise her with some--and the
recipe!--sometime in the next couple of weeks.......... ;-)
