SC - Bread & HAPPY NEW YEAR

this may sound silly, but why name it  OOP?
and it sounds wonderfully decandant...(Did I spell that right?)
I feel out of place...I want to bake, cook etc.....the "old fashioned way"
but have nothing to offer this list but thanks.....
