Hello!  I have a recipe clipping someplace for cinnamon ornaments.  I think
it said to mix a whole jar of powdered cinnamon with *applesauce* to a
kneading consistency. Roll, cut with cookie cutters and spread on cookie
sheets. Dry in a slow oven.
