My thingee crashed & I lost Cariadoc's reply. If his version is the same as
the one in Harl. 279, you need to knead the dough on a surface which has
been dusted liberally with cinnamon powder until the dough is no longer
sticky.  Then roll the dough out & cut it into shapes.
