Substantially, I agree with the esteemed Ras, but would suggest if it is that
important for you to still desire the dish, to do a test batch first with various
beans and the favas, and taste them and determine which one is the closest in
taste to the favas. If there isn't one that is reasonably close, I agree, omit the
dish.
