I can relate to the feeling I used tomatoes and green peppers in a pasta salad
as a dish to pass at work today, Both were fresh and from my garden.
Definitely a first for me in North Central PA. I also have a watermelon in the
cellar from the garden which I plan on serving Christmas day along with the
few remaining tomatoes, freshn sliced. ;-)  Alas the cold wave has yesterday
and today has destroyed everything left except for my leeks.
