SC - Candied Spices???

I am going home at this point, so details must wait till tomorrow, but I 
did candies spices for part of my entry for this years Queens Prize... they 
were very well received (although the cloves were quite STRONG.)  
I will post my sources and recipe in the AM (if someone doesn't beat me to 
it)

OH, and yes, it was fairly easy!!! - just beware the hot sugar (standard 
caveat)

Greetings all!

I am doing an Italian theamed feast in April and I was wondering, would
anyone out there know of a source of candied spices?  Or are these
relatively easy to make?  Also, what types of spices would be candied,
besides coriander. (The only one I've come across so far)
